Flair Homes specialise in bespoke, luxury builds which are distinguishable across the Eurobodalla. Our new homes are unrepeated, characterised by individual statements and designed to inspire.

Founding Director and Builder Luke Price, along with his wife Mel, lead a highly skilled and experienced team who prioritise client satisfaction, exemplify quality workmanship and take pride in honesty and reliability. Growing up in the area and completing his apprenticeship locally, Luke has always called the South Coast home and has unbeatable local knowledge.

Luke is passionate about showcasing the lifestyle you can enjoy in the Eurobodalla and has built a team of ambitious and skilled builders/carpenters who work with the region’s best tradesman to achieve perfection and happiness for every Flair Home owner.

Our award-winning, Moruya-based team has over 20 years experience and brings creativity to every project. We exemplify quality workmanship and drive innovation for energy efficient and sustainable homes, so that you can live your best life in your new Flair home.

Flair Homes is Eurobodalla’s Premium Custom Home Building Specialist, servicing the following areas Batemans Bay, Malua Bay, Rosedale, Tomakin, Broulee, Moruya, Bingi, Congo, Tuross Heads, Bodalla and Narooma.

Working with us / Our process

Inspire

From concept to completion Flair Homes aims to make your home and the building process perfect for you. Once you have made the initial contact our team will be in contact with you to discuss your unique project. During this phase you will be asked questions regarding your design, finishes, timing and budget. At Flair Homes we collaborate with the clients, architects/draftsman and engineers to achieve the perfect design for your build.

Build

Once construction begins Flair Homes will ensure you are provided with regular updates.
Site meetings will occur, allowing you to see your dream home come to life.

Live

On completion of construction Flair Homes will take you through a handover and our team will be on hand to provide you with any assistance should any issues arise. With Flair Homes you're not just building a home you're building a lifestyle.

With over 20 years of experience Flair Homes has built numerous stunning new homes in the Eurobodalla. Builds include award winning Container House, Hamptons style homes, Modern Contemporary designs, Country Chic and High End Architectural Homes.
